Our records indicate that you are using our MiniMed 770G system. Please note that a software update is now available to you allowing you to update your pump to our latest MiniMed 780G software system.

If you have, or have access to a compatible phone as listed here, please follow the next steps as outlined below.
Note a compatible device is only required for the duration of the upgrade, and is not required for the normal operation of the MiniMed 780G pump or system. Therefore, if you do not have a device as listed, you can use a friends or family device if they have one that is compatible.

If you do not have access to a compatible smartphone, or you feel that you would prefer to meet with a Medtronic Representative to perform the upgrade with you, please indicate this in the order form. We will be offering group sessions for upgrades at various locations, and these will be scheduled as soon as possible, throughout the next few months.
