Congratulations!
You are ready to receive the software package to upgrade to MiniMedTM 780G.

We strongly recommend that you print these and use them during the update process.

IMPORTANT!  Plan for your upgrade carefully
  • You will need up to 2 hours to complete the upgrade.
  • The system will require 5 hours warm-up before Smartguard Feature (previously known as Auto Mode) is available.
  • You will need to start a new sensor and reservoir.
  • Remember to complete ALL unpairing and deleting steps carefully – the updater app will NOT pair with your pump if these are not all completed.
  • Also ensure you complete the last steps after the upgrade to ensure our systems are updated with your latest software using the updater app.
The software package will be available in 48-72 hours.  Please note that the update may NOT be available before then – to check, you will need to follow the first steps of the process and pair to the updater app, which will then check for the update (remember you will need to unpair and delete the paring to MiniMed Mobile to do this).  If after 72 hours, the updater app does not find the update, please contact us on 1800 777 808.
